Many planets or Angles in Cardinal signs shows at a glance if this is present or subordinate!. Planets in Cardinal signs always indicate leadership and much more if also Angular!.
Without Cardinal signs, a person can still be successful in their own business or profession if fixed signs are powerful but will do best if delegating the figurehead leadership to someone else with strong Cardinal signs!.
As for Common signs, they can still run a one-man enterprise but unsuited, however, for handling masses of employees!. This type does not possess the drive necessary to assume great responsibilities, unequal to making important decisions, and lacks organizing ability!.

ability to analyze a situation fully and quickly make a decision given that, a person that doesn't get overly stressed and panicked when something bad happens and instead uses that analytical ability they have!. and also a likable character that people wish to follow!.
those i think are the most important, but that last one is not necessarily so much required, because just being in a position of power can be enough to have people want to follow you, but i think even at that a better leader would be one that people wish to follow even without power because people that are happy being led are more apt to do a better job i find than those that do their job because they feel they have to or are forced to, and you're less likely to have yes men that way, people less likely to wish to seem good, rather than just be, that way the leader will have an accurate image of his/her workers or followers or whatever, and so can make better decisions!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
