You'd have to be more specific and list out the following planetary placements ar least for both charts - Sun, Moon, Ascendant for starters!.!.!.the concept of cusps has been challenged but everyone can only belong to one Sun sign so it really depends on how much Water/Fire influence the Pisces/Aries cusp person has and likewise, how much Air/Water influence the Gemini/Cancer cusp person has!.
If you're able to list out some details of the both charts, that would help greatly!. Don't be overwhelmed by the cusps theory because some people have very little influence from the neighboring sign while others have incorporated a lot!. So, it really depends on individual cases!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
