For? and ?, you can either type in Control Apple (or Window, depending on your computer) T, which will bring up a "Special Characters" Window, or you can go to Edit (in the Menu bar) and click on Special Characters, which will bring up the aforementioned window!. In Miscellaneous, both of the symbols are there!. Clicking on the symbol you want and then clicking on "insert" will insert it!.
For the ? symbol, you can also type Alt R!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I know how to do it, unforuntately I cannot find my Office Word Project thing on my computer! : ( Try copying and pasting!. I know that you will find those sings under something called "Symbols" on your typing thing!. Go to "File" and all the stuff at the top! I know how to do it! Sorry! Make sure to search everywhere!
