you might find it better to just think of yourself as being on a cusp, but if you feel a need to lump yourself into a single label, you would technically be an aquarian!. also, if it doesn't state the am or pm, im guessing it was military time, which would be am, and put you more firmly with the aquarians!.
however, you still are what you are, and you probably have a lot of traits from both signs in you!. also, it would seem that pisces has more influence on you!. in that case, you might just call yourself a pisces!.

Aquarius likes!.!.!. different music, belonging to clubs, being restrictive, being a humanitarian!. They usually have a very delicate build (even if they have fat or muscle)!. When you look at their eyes, you can't tell whats going on in their head!. They have a very strong will!.
