Fried !!! im bengali (Indian)!.!.we make "aloo bhajja" thats jst like french fries!.!. thiz ones are sliced long jst like FF however they are fried in mustard oil !.!.tats it !! simple and fast and very tasty u need to sprinkle some salt tho :D
