I don't think you should make relationship decisions based on astrology!. If the sun and moon were the only influences (and they are far from the only ones,) then the sun conflict would outweigh the moon affinity (although at first the moon would appear stronger,) and eventually the differences would be too much!. But as a scorpio, you have a great capacity to surprise astrologers and be your own person!. He may express negatives as the relationship goes on because Geminis are two sided, and at least one of those sides jars with scorpio!.
