Only a guess here because I do see your chartwheel!.
What attracted me was the term "weirdos"!.!.if you are both very fire and very water!.
As a Sag rising (the way you present yourself), Venus in Leo as well as Mercury ( you should not have any problem speaking your mind up) I would say you would attract mostly other fire signs first!.
But then get disappointed because The real "You" : The combo of Cancer Sun ( your self and ego) and moon (feelings!.!.very easily bruised in cancer) is actually looking for lots more sensitivity and somebody on the same wavelength as you!.
That is the dichotomy in you!. I think you should acknowledge all parts and try to blend them together!. They are part of you actually!.
You might appear more light-hearted and show off than you secretly are So you might be projected a " careless attitude" which others might pick upon!. Maybe you have grown to dislike Fire signs because they are not attentive , dismissive or not deep enough enough!. Whatever/however you view them!.
Venus in Leo : you might be prone to fall for flattery but mars in Capricorn is more concerned with serious stuff and not to be messed around!.

I'm going to say because you are a double water with the mars in Cap, you will attract earth sign men!. You will feel comfortable with them!. Some water sign men may attract you as well, but you may have a sense of stability with earth signs!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I would say definitely go for a fire sign, particularly a Leo or even an Aries!. They will understand your blunt, to-the-point style of communicating (Mercury in Leo like you and I are know for it!), as well as your need for a fun, romantic, but VERY loyal partner!. Since our natal charts are so similar, I would guess you're a lot like me- you want a strong, emotional bond with someone!.!.!. a deep commitment!.!.!. But you still want it to be fun and exciting! I think a good Leo male would fit the bill!.
