Pluto conjunct ascendant in libra rising??!
Question: Pluto conjunct ascendant in libra rising!?!?
I made a major mistake about the degree of my rising sign,because as it turns out my birth time was 1:30 P!.M instead of 2:30 P!.M ,and this gives me a higher degree of libra ascendant at about 18 degrees,and what my real question is that i have pluto about 2 degrees away from my ascendant,and since my birth time was way off!.!.lol (i can't believe this) what does having pluto in libra rising add to the personality!?
