I think everyone has occasional insights into the future, although most can't do it at will!. I don't know about psychics, I am not going to rule it out but I have never experienced a psychic predicting my life and I have heard more stories of fake predictions that real ones!. This question is so weird because I had the strangest dream the other night and then a very similar event was described to me by my friend the next day (I hadn't told him about the dream at all)!. This happens to me a few times a year and it's weird, but it's always about something unusual (like something usually unpredictable) but insignificant!. =(
