Horoscopes are based soley on your Sun Sign, while Astrology deals with the way the planets, Sun and Moon presented themselves on the day, time and place of your birth!. Astrology looks at all these aspects versus just the one in horoscopes!. Within Astrology you have houses, and ways in which planets, moon, sun, asteroids, can interact with one another--giving you more information on "you!."
There is a big difference!. Horoscopes are just a morsel of the whole that is astrology and in of themselves are very limiting in information offered!.
Coincidence or not, some "astrological" things about me are true!. I don't use astrology to predict events--that is not somewhere I want to go!. I tend to use astrology to better understand why I am the way I am!. It has allowed me to not be so hard on myself for things I used to beat myself up for!. I didn't chose "my nature" to be a certain way and I can now accept that I am who I am through no "fault" of my own!.
I've also found that there are different ways to interpret astrology using different celestial arrangements (planets, orbs, etc) in all my studies, so there must be as many interpretations!. For example, one chart has me as a Virgo Rising another as Gemini Rising and the house arrangements are all different, so I don't think they are 100% accurate!. I think with all things there is room for human error!. Most people who have studied astrology know that people are more than their sun sign and how important all our other aspects especially the Moon and Rising are: and will always say I'm a Sun Whatever with a Whatever Rising!. (Both interpretations of my rising are Mercury ruled so I just accept that I'm very "Mercury" regardless if its Gemini or Virgo) Both charts had my moon in Aquarius though in different houses, so I just accept that I am moon in Aquarius--besides i really have always felt "Luna's" presence being very Aquarius even as a child!.
The best thing I have ever gotten from studying astrology (can't say I got anything from horoscopes--sorry) is that I now accept "me" as I am!.
There is an argument that our actual signs might be off by a whole month because of shifts ,etc, but some Astrologers disagree!. There is even the argument for a 13th zodiac sign between Scorpio and Sag, so !.!.!.!.!. maybe reading some human behavior psychology textbooks (though some of the famous "names" like Carl Jung was somewhat into Astrology!.!.) would be better than reading horoscopes or even astrology!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

Sometimes they can be accurate!. Astrology can be more accurate than horoscopes according to my experience!.

Well astrology is the study of the planets and belief that the positioning of planets and other celesial bodies are significant to the understanding of personalities, human affairs, etc!. (I write that myself not copied out of dictionary:P)

horoscopes are either the personal data of people poured into a chart with everything on it, and are only one facet of astrology!. Astrology is the study of the skies in relation to one's personality, events etc!.!.!.

Astrology is the study of how the alignment of the stars affect our lives and the horoscope is our personal forecast according to our astrology!.
Sometimes, I'll get excited when my horoscopes have something relevant in them concerning my life, but really, it is so vague and isn't impressive, to me!.
I wouldn't plan my days around my horoscope, let's just put it that way!.
Think about one category!.!.!. say Libra!. Out of the possibly 10 million Libras on the planet, how could they "all" be having the same type of situation!? It doesn't make sense to me!. i go through my day and then read my horoscope and i usually agree with everything it says!. my mind automatically finds the relationships between what happened that day, and what my horoscope says!. i don't think its accurate, but i think people find the similarities of their day and their horoscope and think its real!.

Accuracy!!!! lol!. They are never accurate coz they are made for the masses!. If you have any doubts!. Just take a celebrity and check theirs!. They would have written bullshit about them which doesnt make an iota of difference!.

Horoscopes freak me out because there so true in my life!. One time i was fighting with my friend over this guy for a long time and then i recieved my seventeen amgazine and it said You're fighting with a friend it's not worth itm, stop before it gets serious!. I didnt listen because i didnt think it was true!. The guy then asked me out and we went out for like a month, i learned he was a jerk but i wanted to still date him so i kept it going, and he dumped me!. I got my seventeen magazine, and the horoscope said: you've been thinking about breaking up with your jerk boyfrend!. (which i have), it's time to let him go no matter how much you want the relationship to work!. (which i did want the relation ship to work!. So I was happy he broke it off!. Now me and my frend are best frends again and he is loser who wanted me back, and i turned him down!. And then again, I'm throwing a party on July 3rd (end of the year) and i then again got my seventeen magazine, and the horoscope read: Your planning a party, You've been working real hard on this, but a new moon on July 3rd will show you that it was worth this once you see that you crush will show up and realize he likes you!. Now i'm inviting my crush!!! Soo creepy!.

I don't trust in horoscopes because I believe they're bogus!. I believe astrology is the study of various constellations and stars while the term horoscope concentrates on the specific astrological signs that are assigned to people because of their birthdays -- Aquarius, Libra, Pisces, Leo, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Virgo, Cancer, Aries, Scorpio, Taurus, and Gemini!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I believe on is the study of stars planets etc!. & one is study of birth signs or a prediction if u will and no ive read them my entire life and sometimes they seem dead on but more than half the time they are very general!. general to the point that if i compared it to someone elses life i know w/ thw same sign (which i have done) it fits for them to!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
