Not everyone's chart is balanced the same way, no!. Speaking of planetary placements in mine, I have 3 fire, 3 water, and 3 earth, with one air!. But there are others who have more fire than earth, etc!., etc!.
edit: I think finding balance in life has nothing to do with Astrolgy though All-Do!. It's a very personal thing that takes time and complete self-awareness!. It takes practice and devotion to the self!. Not to bring down your Q, but the balance in the charts can be altered by us throughout our lives!.

No way! Some people have very difficult charts and some have relatively easy charts!. A lot of famous or infamous people have difficult charts because, while trines are nice-- squares are actually impetus to action!. We develop character by overcoming difficulties in life!. The more challenges we have the more we have to overcome but also the more we stand to gain--a greater sense of life mastery!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

but i have ALOT of fire and earth in my chart, so i have alot of sides to me!.(mostly aries and capricorn)
aries is impatient, aggressive, and confrontational!.
but cappy is hard-working, patient, and self-disciplined!.
so, i'm like 2 different people!.
but to make things more confusing, i'm a cancer!!!
so i'm also shy, nurturing, and moody!.
