Please all pshychics help! Medical problem, in need of answers!?!

Hi! I have been having terrible hormonal qualms on my female parts (lower), and It has been going on for two months!. I now know what it is, it is caused by prostecycline in my blood that has been building up, since I am 1 day from being 13, and I have not had my period yet!. Anyway, my grandmother had these troubles also, but they only lasted a week and then she got her period and it was all better!. The doctors say once I get my period it will go away!.

Anyway, I would like to know when I will get my period and when these qualms will go away!. They are truly terrible, and they have been eating away at me lately!. also, will the qualms go away around the time I get my first period!? I need to know!
