My neptune is in capricorn , the only earth planet in my chart , it is right on my IC and sextiles my pluto which probably explains my strong idealisation of a family ( in the future of course ) !.!.!.!.then pluto sextiles my neptune, probably indicates one day I have everything about family in my mind!.!.!.!.the next I have interest in having one!.!.!.!.

i am neptune personified - conjunct sun, moon, ascendant, square mars, opposition saturn in 12th house!. I have sun and moon in scorpio 12th (neptunes house) and mars in pisces (neptunes sign)!. I have been diagnosed with schizophrenia!. I constantly come into contact with confusing complicated situations and misunderstandings and mix ups!. People decieve me and i decieve myself!. People project what they want on to me as I have no solid identity!. I am addicted to nicotine (40 a day) Everything I try to build up it likes to pull down!. I hate the bastard!.

Neptune is not comfortable in Capricorn because of reasons you've already mentioned!. Neptune wants to disolve boundaries!. Capricorn IS boundaries!. It's kind the flip side of the reason Saturn doesn't function well in Pisces which I have!. Being that Neptune is more generational, more focus would be on house position and aspects!. Having any planet in an angular house is going to make it more significant!. With Neptune on your IC I would say that you are idealistic about "family" but at the same time you aren't entirely sure !. what you think "family" means!. Or maybe you have no idea how to go about creating the family you really want!. You might even want to do without if you can't have your ideal!. Almost everyone alive has Neptune sextile Pluto!. I wouldn't give it too much weight unless personal planets are involved too!.
