Question: Leaning signs/planets!?
I recall reading a few times, that your Sun sign carried traits similar to whichever cusp you are closer to!. Does the same apply to planets!?

Mars and Venus are fast moving personal planets!. I forget the exact number, but they never go past a certain degree of the Sun!. They will always be either in the same sign as the Sun or the sign before or after!.
You are whatever sign you were born in!. If you are 28 and 29 degrees of a sign, you will progress into the next sign by your 1st to 2nd birthday!. You will then begin to pick up characteristics of that sign!. The rule is you progress a day for a year through the birth chart!. You can count the years in an ephermis to see where your progressed planets are in your chart!.!.
For example, I'm a 28 degrees Libra
On my first birthday I went to 29 degrees Libra!. On my second birthday I went to 0 degrees Scorpio!. This is called
a Progression and it's how an astrologer determines the current issues in your life!.
My childhood was really tough because I progressed into Scorpio very early!. It was horrible to be a bright cheery Libra having dark Scorpio thoughts!. Thank goodness I progressed into optimistic Sagitturius!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
