bottomline is, dont let them give in to their negativities!. you need to constantly tell them to step of out the box and always make yourself available when they need you to discuss, exhcange their gloomy outlooks of life, etc!.!.!.!.assure them, its only in their minds!. bring out the best of them- sometimes they are so critical of themselves, they tend to forget, they compromise their self worth!.
just fyi, my virgo friend, is fairing much better now compared to last year, she took a huge leap of faith and is moving overseas to follow her dreams!. nevertheless, her past still haunts her when she bumps into the same circle of people, the difference now is just that, she has better and bigger things to look forward to in life, besides them!. im extremely happy and proud of her!. =)

well, i am not sure if your friend is a female or male!. i have been often successful in taking my virgo guy out of depression by explaining to him how he is different from all!.!.!.what a superior strength he has!.!.!.how innocent he is!.!.!.!.how sweetly he's been made!.!.!.!.!.they like to be flattered n pampered!. these things cheer them up!. virgos stay as little kids even after growing up!.!.!.!.!.they often dont think with logic when they are depressed!.!.!.so it is other people's job to show them they are worth a million diamonds!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
