Question: Midheaven question !?!?!?
I have MC in cancer at 1 degree 40 , exactly square my ASC libra and also exactly trines pluto in scorpio in 1st house!.
In 10th house, I also have mars and sun in cancer conjunct each other!.
The MC also opposite my neptune in capricorn right on the IC!.!.!.
So what could all this mean !?

First of all, in uncomplicated terms, i would define the MC as the part of our chart that reps our life goals - not only in career, but also in spiritual or personal goals!. The Asc therefore, can be seen as the part of the chart that provides the 'push' & reps the way that the native goes about pursuing his life goals!. The 10th House is actually quite a prominent aspect of your chart becos it contains your Sun sign as well!.
So what we have here is LIbra Asc squares Cancer MC, which doesnt quite as well work to ur advantage when it comes to getting your life goals met!. However, with a Cancer MC, money may not the principle motivation in terms of your career goals & typical career routes include nursing and the 'caring' professions (which explains your field of study)!. This is somewhat contradictory to the Libra Asc, which is more money-motivated & aesthetically-oriented/concerned with superficiality to an extent!. Fortunately, this influence is eased by the Pluto trine MC aspect which means that while you generally dislike changes in your profession, you are also open and flexible to transformative & regenerative changes if they work to your benefit or advantage, in terms of career!.
On the other hand, Immum Coeli (or IC) reps the least conscious part of ourselves!. Hence, with Neptune on IC, what i sense is that there is a certain amount of veiled dreams/illsuion surrounding your childhood, especially your relationship with one or both of ur parents (IC is traditionally associated with childhood conditioning/upbringing as well)!. You are deeply more serious than you appear to!. You have very high expectations (MC)in your career and damn if you are going to give up your dreams (trine scorpio in 1st)!. That mars conjunct Sun helps you to achieve those!.
Neptune on the IC or 4th house usually indicates that the home life has been unstable!.
You will "feel" your patients it seems!. Not for you the type of doctor who takes 5 minutes and writes a prescription and bye !
