Pisces + Sag !? you bet ! Good vet anyway!. Both love of animals are deeply shared by both signs although sag might find fishes kind of boring and would want some kind of excitement and horses might be too untrusting and bolting for no reason for Pisces!.!.!.

Earth sign like Taurus make very good Vet and with a strong Mars!. Mars is the scalpel and has to be strong especially in 6th or MC!., and 12th house!.
As for Pisces, I would say yes!. They are sensitive and not faint at heart so blood will not disturb them!. As for a profession as a doctor, Scorpio and mars have to be very prominent espcially in 6th or 12th house and any good aspect from Mars to Asc!.

Yeah man! :D I think Vet would be better, my personal opinion!.!. But, you know, Doctor is good!. Sagittarius would make a good doctor! They are so optimistical & positive!.!.!. & outgoing :] Those doctors a friendly! I love them!.
