As a Virgo myself, I have to concur with Madam II - when it comes to spending on myself, I spare no expense in order to obtain the highest quality!. When it comes to others, though, I'm happy shopping in the bargain basement as long as it's still of a reasonably fair quality!. :p It sounds awful, but it's true!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
we normally respect people!. i will respond to sms!.!.!.even if i dont feel like responding, wholeheartedly (not in the mood or anythg) :)
i will only choose to not reply if :
- the sender is harassing me or being disrespectful
- a man never stops pursuing me even though he knows tht i am not interested(directly/indirectly)
- someone is trying to flirt with me, bcos i dont flirt
- theres any form of vulgarity in the message
- the sender is Trrrying to provoke me (bcos it wont work!. !. !.ehehe)
however!.!.!.i wouldnt give instant reply whenever i am in my own little world / need space to recharge my 'battery' or be on my own to sort out my emotions/mind!.!.!.!.retreating in short (my libra influence) UNLESS it is smtg urgent or they are in need

Not really pennysavers per se, but I have my budged written down for the next few months and I stick to it!. I do vary it some, but for the most part that's exactly what I spend!. As far as spending on others, I would buy the perfect gift for a loved one well before I would spend money on myself!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
