im not a scorpio but i know them enough to go for A, unless they already feel a deep connection that instant, which is very hard to come by!. they never give their selves away easily especially to a stranger no matter how hot they are

LOL, in my experience it's difficult for a non-Scorp to look into a Scorp's eyes, when there are sparks!. I'm a Taurean BTW!.
Maybe Scorps learn not to make eye contact when it matters, because it could easily freak a girl out, making them run in the other direction!
