I usually think too much!. but then I can't sit still or stay in one place at times!. I'm kinda dramatic so when the mental thinking can't take it any more I have to tell someone, talk to someone, explain it to someone!.!.!.then that's when the dramatic physical gestures kick in!. LOL!. :P
I'm wanting and trying to be more physically active!. And also positively mentally active!.!.!. if that makes any sense!. :)
