I'm a Capricorn and if I retreat from something, assuming it's bad, then I brood about it for a long period of time!. Days, weeks and maybe even months!. So the best advice that I could give you would be to pursue him/her!. If I retreated and someone kept pursuing me, I'd eventually get up - stop being so depressed about the situation and finally get my Capricorn heels kicking the dust again!. The Western astrology's way of simply dividing the whole humanity into 12 divisions and trying to manipulate others depending on their sunsigns alone is pure hogwash!. Just like every individual person is different, their horoscopes are different as per the time and place of their birth!.
