Because they take on the double vibration of each single # along with the addition of adding the 2 numbers together!. The 11 takes on the double vibration of the # 1!.as well as the #2!. The same goes with 22: a #4 reduced!. It takes a very evolved person to be able to live up to the 11 & 22 vibration!. Most of them live the reduced #'s 2&4!.
