I don't know that Saturn would be considered misplaced but he does rule your 9th house!. Ruler of the 9th in the 7th could be interpreted in several ways i!.e!. you may marry (7th) someone from a foreign country (9th)!. You will probably desire partnership (7th) with someone who shares your philosophy (9th) or publish a book (9th) with a partner (7th)!.ect!. There are lots of variables, but that's the general idea!. Consider ruler of house by placement, sign, and aspects!.
