9th house
Capricorn
The influence of Capricorn in the ninth house shows a conservatism associated with ideas and abstract thought!. Before changing any of your views, you have to be shown hard evidence supporting such a change!. Your approach to spiritual life is orthodox!. You tend to travel only when it serves a useful purpose, usually associated with business!. The planet Saturn rules Capricorn, and this is the planet of restriction and devotion to duty!. Saturn ruling the ninth house implies responsibility associated with publicity or recognition!. The call to duty with this placement may be very strong, and the weight of recognition, very heavy!.

The relationship between any two points in the chart is called an aspect!. You include no degrees here to determine those!. If both sign placings you list are from your natal chart then there is no reading name its just the interpretation of the natal chart!. If you are comparing current actual placings to your natal chart it is called a transit!. If you are using the 1 year=1 day method this is called a progression!. The idea of a misplaced planet is no accurate!. You would simply look at the relation, or aspect, between the planet A and the planet that rules the sign the planet A is in!. A square is not good, a trine is!. An opposition and conjunction are good or bad depending on the planet involved!.

Saturn in seventh in sag!.means you need to look at any aspects between saturn and jupiter and saturn and Venus!. Does saturn have positive or negative aspects to them!. This will affect the jupiter and the venus negatively!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I don't know that Saturn would be considered misplaced but he does rule your 9th house!. Ruler of the 9th in the 7th could be interpreted in several ways i!.e!. you may marry (7th) someone from a foreign country (9th)!. You will probably desire partnership (7th) with someone who shares your philosophy (9th) or publish a book (9th) with a partner (7th)!.ect!. There are lots of variables, but that's the general idea!. Consider ruler of house by placement, sign, and aspects!. A good basic book on this subject is "Horoscope Analysis" which is part of the series "The Only Way To Learn Astrology" by Marion March and Joan McEversWww@Enter-QA@Com
