aquarius and scorpio can work if they have harmonizing aspects to each other, like if the aquarius has scorpio moon, and the scorpio has aquarius moon to give you an example!. it may be difficult, but there are aquarius-scorpio couples out there!.!.!. which is a good thing since i seem to be very attracted to them (could be the mars in scorpio!.!.!.)!.
as for sagittarius vs!. aries!.!.!. i'd have to give higher rating to aries!. sagittarius and aquarius are both very independent!. they'll give each other lots of freedom, perhaps too much, and end up deciding that they really don't need each other to survive!.
as for aries, their nature of acting on impulse fascinates the aquarius who usually is in their head 80% of the time, and vice versa!. aries can carry out aquarius' dream, and they sort of feed into each other's support system!.
as for personal experience, i don't have many sagittarian friends, but my aries friends and i get along very well!. for the aquarius who tends to have everything set up in their head but not in reality, they probably don't need philosophy lessons from sagittarius, rather, they'd benefit more from an aries who's willing to make that into reality!.!.!. or so i think!. :)Www@Enter-QA@Com

Aquarius does best with the other air signs Gemini and Libra, and also the fire signs Leo, Aries, and Sagittarius!. The water signs Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces are too emotional and possessive and will be wounded by the free spirit of the Aquarian!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
