Each sign rules a 2-hour section of each day beginning at dawn (6-8am)!. You insert your Sun sign into the first section (dawn) and count signs until you reach the section that has the time of day you were born!. Your time of day is located at the 4th section, so your rising sign is Aquarius!.

You need a pro to find it for you!. I use a book of Tables of Houses!. It is the sign on the horizon when you were born!. The book is based upon locations, so I need one's place of birth!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
