I am a scorpio, and am willing to say, YES!. Anything (this is just me, maybe other scorpios are different) that is said, I often take the wrong way, like if someone says "Hey I like youyr shirt" I tend to think they are being rude, no matter tone of voice, and I say something like "Nice hair, did you not have enough time to brush it this morning!?", just to find out they really were admiring my shirt!. So the answer, I would have to confess is yes!.

I'm not a Scorpio but I have a friend who is and she gets so passionate from one minute to the next!. I never even see it coming!. She seriously gets riled up! I've never seen anything like it!. Her anxiety level is through the roof and she approaches every problem as if it were life or death!. I kid you not, it's unbelievable! I don't even know how to calm her down most of the time!. You just have to let the "panic" play out!. And, there is no rationalizing with her when she's like this!. It's like a nuclear bomb or something!. It's amazing how she just blows her lid like that!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I can at times, but it depends on the circumstances of which the problem arising is from and where I plan on taking it!.
I also at times have a tendency to think the absolute worst of everything in an entirely mellow dramatic way, so as to make it a bit humorous, but still is rather disastrous when it comes to my initial reaction!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

There are some REALLY overly-dramatic Scorpios out there, but I'm not one of them!.
If plotting revenge, getting back at them, or getting even is "over reacting", then yes, this Scorpio does!.

Lol weird im always the one telling everyone to stop over reacting!.!. I dont take anything seriously!.!. I dont care about anything or anyone either, And when i do i wait till im by myself and try to overcome the situation with positive thought, basically try to forget about whatever happened!. I am a Pisces and know a lot of Scorpio people, I wouldn't say they over react too much, but just express their feelings when they need to!. From what I have learned they will let an issue boil for along time and then when they explode it shocks everyone!. When I am with them I use my intuition and it lets me know when to make them talk and when to leave them alone!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
