Those are obvious signs that he likes you!. If it's been going on for months, why won't you go and talk to him!?

He will be quiet around you and keep staring and winking until you approach him!.
By personal experience I am a Taurus and will not change my regular basis of the way I deal with a guy I like, Taureans are quite stubborn and feel like if they liked us enough they would approach us ,if not we will be bull-headed or reluctant when it comes to making a real approach!. Most of the time we will stare from a farther distance and get excited around them when they are nearer aka (we would be bucking like a rodeo bull, usually emotionally or physically)!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

You STILL haven't talked to this guy!? Come on now! Just talk to him already! Or, you could take it as a sign that he really doesn't like you at all if it's been a couple of months!.
