Yes- I would--- There's a book by Donna Cunningham called "Healing Pluto Problems" It's an excellent read--very interesting--- second chapter--"recognizing Plutonians" You might find it helpful!. I would consider someone a 'Plutonian' only if they portray a lot of Scorpio traits in their individuality!. As such, he'd have to have a significant amount of Pluto-dominated influence in the chart!. Themes such as constant re-generation, transformaion, destruction of the old and resurrection of the new, spiritual crisis, self-destructive tendencies have to be highlighted in the native's life!.
Looking at the hard aspects formed - Pluto with Sun/Moon/Ascendant/Mars, this individual definitely has tons of karmic soul growth lessons to deal with!. Pluto is in hard aspect with the 3 most important influences in a chart - Sun, Moon, Asc - and this indicates an extreme challenge for anyone!.

Not necessarily!. I agree that their will be many changes and sexual issues to be looked into!. The planets on the angles will be more important!.
