What does a "debilatated house" mean in Astrology?!

Hi hr glass, I don't think a house can be "debilitated", but a planet can if it has more negative aspects then positive aspects, or if it's poorly placed by house position!. Some astrologers also think that if a sign is in detriment or in fall then it's debilitated as well!. for example, mercury with oppositions and squares from saturn, mars, uranus, and in the ninth house(house of sagitarius, so in a detrimental house for mercury), would be considered debilitated or afflicted!.

Retrogade planets also play a part in debilitating a planet!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
