Honestly I would buy a house for my mom, an apartment in a nice high rise for myself, pay of my student loans, give some to my relatives who could use it!.
Then I would open up my own architecture firm focusing on green sustainable housing, invest in a lot of research on sustainability and improving living standards in different climates!. And probably donate the rest to organisations helping people in need!. I can always make my own living and a fabulous lifestyle, some are less fortunate then me

Set up a family trust fund so that my parents and all my siblings and my best friends (who are like family) will not have to worry about money ever again!. I would put my money to work so that it is earning interest every single day!
