The plural "occupations" is really relevant for MC in Sag!. From what I understand they like to juggle a lot of different projects!. That Venus in Capricorn in the 10th would like to build something that lasts!. Look at Brad Pitt, he has Venus in Capricorn and he loves architecture, building sustainable housing for the poor!. So there's not only building something that will last but also a sense of social justice involved as well!.

It sounds to me like you might already know a good deal about this topic, but the first thing I'll say is that Venus in Cap in the tenth is awesome if your objective is to be the CEO of a company!. MC in Sag might just give you the fire and adventurousness to do it!. You might consider higher education, I mean a professorial route or even a Dean of a College or University!. Sagittarius is also associated with sports pretty strongly, so a good option might be sports management, team ownership, coaching, etc!.
If you have a specific thing in mind, I'd be happy to take this question under consideration with that in mind!.
PS In response to the above, I might argue that Venus has to do with everything!. It's not just relationships and romance, it's values, aesthetics and appreciation!. It's what you like, what gives you joy, what looks good, what sounds good!. I don't know about you, but I want these things in play in my career!.

I would like to give you a serious answer, however I don't understand your question, the way it's worded!. I'm not sure what "MC" stands for "in Sagitarrius" and as far as Venus in Capricorn goes, that wouldn't really be the planet you'd want to look at as far as jobs or careers go!. Since Venus represents love and partnerships, analyzing your Capricorn in Venus would be something you'd do for a love related question, in my humble opinion!. If you're curious about which jobs you're best suited for, I'd look at which sign your Sun is in, or perhaps your Ascendant as well!. Venus is very pertinent to career choice!. IN childhood, Venus represents all those things that you loved to do, "just because!." They are usually things that came easily and that you did well in!. Venus represented "What you wanted to be when you grow up!?" What does Venus in Capricorn say about you!? (Sorry, I'm only familiar with Venus in Libra---but you can easily google it!.) I looked at my Venus and just really thought long and hard about me, my "natural talents" as a kid (art, writing, crafts, fashion) and those "inner voices" that keep telling me to follow my heart and do !.!.!.!.!. It also worked out that most of my planets including Jupiter (which is supposed to be important) are 180 degrees from my ASC!. I looked at my ASC and what its sign told me and related it to me!. You are supposed to be able to find your career opposite asc node and also within it!. My asc node is Pisces so, anything that "helps" people is ideal for me!.
Of course, your moon may also play a role in career!. It is all pretty complex stuff!. Again, I will use me, my moon is aquarius so I'm pretty humanitarian oriented!. Most of my planets are communications and my venus is libra--so I get a writer who writes humanitarian based literature, or artist with a strong humanitarian like conservation artist!. Or I could work as a fashion designer/journalist and support humanitarian causes,!.!.!. Of course humanitarians can also mean teacher so!.!.!.!.!.!. Like I said, it is complex and only you can really recommend anything to yourself!.
