I would say it's good to have an earth/fire sign as your sun sign!. Libra is an air sign and is better as an ascendant!.

i have libra sun and rising, double the traits, been abit of a hippy since childhood who wanted to protect animals and feels at home bare foot in nature, (or the back garden will do), but with moon in cap makes me less 'heady' and more 'real'!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I think since the Sun is in fall in Libra, it may take sometimes for the native to truly shine with his libran characteristics!. Libra rising would show more Libran traits in a more immediate way!.
