Question: If you are a certain sign, what does it matter what year you are!?
Why does it matter to a horoscope what year you are born!? I'm a Virgo, and I was born on 8/29/83 in Kansas City, Missouri!. But every time I go to a personalized horoscope website, it doesn't tell me anything without paying!. What are my rising signs and all of that, and how big of a factor does that play in my astrological personality!? Or are the differences fairly negligible!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
