Which sign contribute to concentration problem ?!
Question: Sun in scorpio, leo rising, leo moon, midheaven taurus, pluto scorpio, mars/venus libra, saturn scorpio, Jupiter aquarius, Mercury Sagittarius, Uranus Sagittarius, neptune Capricorn
2nd house is virgo ...3rd house libra 4th house scorpio 5th house saggitarius 6th house capricorn 7th house aquarius 8th house pieces 9th house aries 11th house gemini 12th house cancer.
Having said all these if im having diffculties in concerntrating mostly work which include alot of numbers and figures. I do have Virgo in 2nd house and midheaven in 10th house so please dont say something like its my sagittarius/libra influence. Which part of my chart might be the reason and why. Yours answers is deeply appreciated. thanks.

Like someone else said, it's probably your Mercury in Sag, since you also have Uranus in Sag, if they are pretty close together, that aspect would REALLY send you off! :-)
That said, the rest of your chart shows good concentration and focus ability. The problem may be is you are totally bored. Merc and Uranus in Sag will go nuts if not interested in the matter at hand. They will go off into the (mind's) sunset. Your intellect needs fascinating STIMULATION.

based on the information you gave, i can only say its your MERCURY IN SAGITTARIUS. Mercury is in detriment in sagittarius , and mercury can not focus on the details in sagittarius as sagittarius mostly look at the picture as a whole. This further enhanced the short-attention span.
You didnt say what house mercury is in and what kinda aspects it has so i can not say anything further.
Edit : if your mecury is in 3rd house, it is accidentally dignified, since this is a house of communication, mercury in this house is quick witted and can be the jack of all trades , but the downside is that the person with this influence can be superficial and may have hard time following anything to through to the end, digging deep is not common for mercury in 3rd house in sagittarius.
Edit 2 : lol, I can figure out how his mercury is in the 5th house, silly me! but neptune rising has given very good information there. mercury in 5th house indicates aplayful mind.

So by what you have put, you have Mercury in Sagittarius in your 5th house.
Ryan is correct in saying that Mercury in Sagittarius isn't good for the details of things, it's good for the "big picture." And it doesn't like to be bothered with the day to day necessities of life. To add to that, it being in the 5th house tells that you are more attracted to something if it's personal issues; pleasures, hobbies, romance, games and amusement, this is where your intelligence is drawn. You would probably be better able to focus on art, music, or writing than boring numbers.
Try making your work into a game and see if you can focus better. Though it might be a bit hard still with that Mercury in Sagittarius. This inclines you to wander in your thoughts and would make you a great storyteller or salesman!
