the important planets are is that his moon is in cancer, mercury in libra, venus in sagittarius, mars in libra.
i'm gonna get you info from websites, but from personal experience: scorpio sun and moon in cancer means a lot of sensitivity and intensity, but he has his venus in sagittarius so he could have a hard time commiting.
