How influencial are the minor aspects in a natal chart?!
Question: Examples: quincunx,semisextile,quintile,semisquare... Are they beneficial or less beneficial respectively? How are these to be interpeted in a chart? Examples would be apprieciated,thanks.

Interesting question.
The major aspects do have a bigger impact on a chart than the minor ones and are generally viewed as "more important". However the minor aspects are not to be over-looked. I see semisextiles and semisquares as key, they have much presiding in the chart. Also quintiles and quindechiles seem to have a great affect on one's creative talents and career. Finally, quincunxes. They to me are like major aspects. Also, yods involve two quincunxes and a sextile. The yod is the only major aspect pattern involving a "so-called" minor aspect. Oh and as far as "beneficial" goes, it seems they are in their own arena. The minor aspects can be "minorly" beneficial or minorly harsh.
Semisextiles represent growth. In a chart if we see venus semisextile uranus we think expansion through long-term or eccentric marriages and partnerships because venus is love and uranus is eccentricity, and semisextiles are growth or expansion. With semisquares we see tension. If we see moon semisquare the ascendant for example we think that emotional relationships, especially with women, are distraught. This person becomes annoyed with people who make their feelings apparent because this person themselves cannot discern their own emotions.
With quintiles and quindechiles we expect creativity and intensity. When say the sun quintiles neptune we see huge artistic creativity expressed in fulfillment of the ego's desires and needs. In quindechiles we see a laser beam of focus, even obsession. A mercury quindechile mars suggests a fascination with communicating, and the way this person communicates is quite energetic.
Now for quincunxes. I consider the quincunx to be much like the opposition; it is neither bad or good. Like the opposition, which requires awareness, the quincunx calls for adjustment. Usually this adjustment can be worked out physically. So when we see moon quincunx pluto we think of a person who needs to not be so physical with their public emotional displays.
