I'm sorry to say that you prolly won't know who your soulmate is :x Just like Romeo and Julie or K-Fed and Brit. However it is possible to find people you love... actually thats pretty easy so don't lose hope XP!
And just to narrow it down there are 7 billion people. You can prolly meet 7 million and talk (like prson to prson) to 70 thousand and b atractd possibly 500.
