The only possible major aspect these moons can make in synastry is a square. When we see the moon/moon square we think of emotions that are in conflict. You express emotions differently and this makes communications about deep and personal things hard. The challenge is to allow enough personal space in the relationship for both of you to be individuals.
Based on experience, I say that any time stressful moon, venus, juno, and/or mars aspects come up in synastry, the relationship seems to have a very big road block, moreso than the other factors of the chart. Not to say it can't work because it definately can, but believe me, it takes extra effort.
Whenever scorpio and aquarius get together (just looking at the signs and not where they are in the chart) we see instant curiousity. Scorpio wants to control, aquarius is very resistant to that. At the same time, aquarius is very intrigued by the scorpions magnetism and in turn, scorpio finds the water bearer's quirkiness. To be honest, fascination is about all. Both are stubborn but very different. Working as a team is best because when you try to separate your interests and abilities, things don't go smoothly at all.
