Be NICE to her. Be honest with her-don't try to play games with her. Ask her out for coffee and get to know her better. How long have you worked together? If she's worked with you for a while, you are a step ahead, as she already knows you. Once she knows you are interested, she will ponder dating you, so don't be discouraged right away. We are afraid of getting hurt, so she basically has to really trust you before she'd even consider a relationship. so you have to start slow==sloooowwwwwwww

And if you're a funny person with good sense of humor, make some jokes to make her laugh. Capricorns are funny people and they usually get along with people who have a great sense of humor. The only thing you don't want to do, which comes off as unattractive, is having a big ego and playing games with her.
