It's not as easy as that, AND it will vary throughout your life because we do change with time, and have different needs at different times.
For example, at the moment, or in the near future, you might 'need' a sexual match. Subsequently you might need someone more emotionally supportive (which requires different personality features, as represented by the horoscope). Subsequently you might need someone quite different, for example to help you with practical matters you find difficult (life is a bowl of cherries for few people). Of course there might be someone out there who has all the attributes you'll require, and you they, but I think it a tall order and to some extent 'in the stars' as to whether you'll meet them.
It is supposed that Juno represents the type of first spouse we acquire. Juno depends on your date of birth (and for further accuracy the time and place).

The things you can look at that will indicate what kind of women might work for you, are:
1) The sign your Venus is in & the house it is located
2) ASPECTS to this Venus
3) What sign the 5th house is ruled by, and then go find where the RULER of that sign, is located.
4) In a lesser way, do the 7th house as said in #3, but that is more of a permanent and legal nature, and does not necessarily predict attraction as much as the 5th (contrary to popular belief.)
5) To get even deeper, then you can start checking out the Moon aspects, the same way you did Venus, above....

Well, Venus and the Moon represent the feminine ideal (the Moon as a mothering force and Venus as a lover)
I think Juno can be more precise although it is usually used for marriage. The ascendant can be indicative also (especially when forming harmonic aspects with other person's Sun)
Sun-Moon aspects are also important (Anything apart from a square will do...opps may be tricky but, they still bring balance) Venus-Mars aspects (with conjunction as the most favourable and square as the most forceful yet problematic) Aspects including PLUTO (which are considered to be indicative of karmic relationships)
I think aspects between nodes of the moon may also play a significant role (altough, I have to admit I don't know that much about them yet)...conjunction and opposition are important here.
