Yeah. Better to do some research on someone before dating. And those things are pretty accurate. I got mine done and was shocked to see it's acuracy.
i wouldn't consider the astrology stuff at all. i mean, just no. its stupid
If I am ever single again which is likely I will factor it in on my choice but just a little for the fun of it.
there are many people with a more compatible chart than my husband but i wouldnt trade him for the world

yes it is (in my personal thoughts), along with testing out the relationships and actually getting to know the person, giving it time.
This is stupid! There is no ground to astrology and even if there was it is so old that the stars have shifted and so its basis, which is crazy in the first place, no longer holds. you may as well just throw dice.
no this is limiting people you date and you may miss the one that you would actually want to be with, go with instinct and also take chances, there are plenty of girls/women just for me its hard to find the one i can relate to
that's ridiculous...picking someone to spend you life with simply by what month they're born in? apply such a thing to another situation: picture going to a job interview "I'm sorry, you're born in april so I'm afraid this won't work"

Nope. Choose the right person for by yourself, not an advice from someone who you don't know they're smarter than you or not.
I'm a teen and most of my relationships don't become serious anyway so I wouldn't mind testing it out. You never know it might work!;)
Sorry I don't think cohabitation depends on how stars align and that sort of stuff.
I've never based dating someone on astrology, but when I look back on past relationships astrology can sometimes be very wrong. Astrology says one of my strongest matches as a Cancer female is with a Pisces man. I've dated 3 Pisces and it NEVER works out! And I get along GREAT with Aries, Sagittarius, and Aquarius- the exact signs I'm supposed to be at odds with.
I say always follow your head and heart. There is a reason why everyone crosses our paths... when you try to manipulate that natural occurence just because of natal charts you might miss out on something really special!
However, when I do find out someone's birthday, I use my knowledge of sun signs to get a better idea of what they might act like or their preferences or their style of expressing love... Just hints of who they might be or like, you know? But I still take the time to get to know them no matter what.
No, I wouldn't. I have been into astrology for years and I honestly never ask a person what their sign is until I have established that I like them. After I find out, I do the charts and find the best way to solve any potential problems going forward. You can meet someone that is supposed to have it all for you astrologically and they can end up not being able to string a sentence together....

I don't think so. I've read a while ago that a match between Aquarius and Gemini is the best match. I'm an Aquarian female and I still have to find a Gemini that I liked (knew about Gemini male as most of my girlfriends are involved with Geminis)

It could be but, under some particular conditions...
Let's say that I have found my perfect match astrologically (with x Sun, y Moon, z Mercury, etc). Now this person (if we don't take into account his ascendant which may make it more difficult) has at least other 3 or 4 astrological *twins*. However, the chemistry between me and these 4 people is most probably COMPLETELY different.
You see, a specific chart may guarantee specific characteristics for a person, HOWEVER these characteristics interact with the external stimuli that each person comes in contact with in order to create the kind of mixture which finally makes his personality.
So, while these twins may have a lot of things in common, they would still have differences which would make one prefer x over y or make x look totally attractive in contrast with y who looks absolutely repelling in the eyes of the beholder.
Personally, I think it's an interesting concept but, way too risky for me to base any kind of effort on it.
