I think that Taurus males tend to be veeery slow in commitment-- that's what I've read. Even though their slow starters, they love to flirt, and make eye contact with the people that they enjoy talking to. His main charm is probably his facial expression. If a Taurus likes you, he'll probably stick around as his groupies leave and talk to you one on one. They're really passionate about relationships-- if he comes up to you and makes a move, he won't laugh or joke. He'll act serious and smile from time to time.
Taurus take thier time choosing the right person. They also seem to have fear of leaving thier comfortable home from what I've seen. They need to trust that change is good, and if you're capable of teaching them to open up, they'll be happy.
