taurus guy should make the move
I'm a Taurus, and honestly, I don't mind her making the first move. Taurus likes security, and hate the idea of rejection, so even if she doesn't make the first move, but shows definite interest, then I feel pretty confident to make the first move. Either way, until one of those things happens, then the Taurus is going to take a very slow approach, as they're basically trying to get a good idea of what would happen if they put themselves out there. Additionally, I also think the Taurus likes to know the person a little bit better before dating than most other signs would.
