Well whatever it is does sound interesting.
I did a few cards on the draw and all of them look quite positive. The first was 4 of Cups Luxury is a very fun card and balanced. The second was the 8 of Wands Swiftness which means you won't have any trouble getting there from here. And the third was the Ace of Swords. This is the beginning of new thought or Will processes. Very good for new beginnings. So I say YES and enjoy!

Sounds like a yes-no spread could work for this one - if a Tarot reading is what you want, as opposed to an astrological one - which would require much more information about each of you - answering why or why not is not an option for most yes/no spreads.
Sure, I'm not sure why someone born on Feb 2nd. would be excluding from tarot readings.
