I've met some awesome Scorpios and some that have made me embarrassed. Seems those "other" types give us reasonably good Scorpios a bad name. I have to work extra hard then at trying to not have people judge me because of my sign.

i have a scorpio friend 2-3yrs older than me and he pisses me off sometimes b/c ill try to be superior but then hes jus so nonchalant about it.

I haven't met anybody of the same sign as me that I didn't like. That's not to say I never will. Even if I did or if I ever do it wouldn't make me feel less proud of my sign. Just because a person is the same sign does not mean they are alike. Were all "Individuals". Good question though!

When I first started studying astrology, I really thought that I "should" get along with everyone that traditional Sun sign matches said I would...
Then I met another Capricorn, born one day and several years off my own birthday...what an eye-opening experience. We did NOT get a long, and it wasn't because we were so much alike!
Eventually, after we worked together for several years, he allowed me to cast his chart...his Merc was in Leo and it really really grated on my nerves...My Merc in Cap just wanted to thump his pompous butt...
Anyway, after that, I learned not to assume anything, even about my own Sun sign...
I don't especially take to most Gemini's I find them kind of annoying. Probably cause they exhibit some of the qualities I don't like about myself :)
When I was in grade school there was a girl who had the same birth day and year as I did. Her family had money so when it came to birthday parties classmates would want to go to her place instead of mine. :-(
Later in life I met her again and she was haughty towards me. I felt vindicated because I thought she turned into a not so pretty woman. Hah! One needs a lot more money than her family had to get cosmetic surgery.
Evidently she didn't like me as much as I didn't like her. But that's Leos for you.
Oh God yes! I knew of one Aquarius woman that was so evil and cold-hearted that she was pissed on the morning of September 11th because of all of the "whiny people", as she referred to them, on tv grieving their lost and dead family and friends. She kept asking when they were going to get that crap off of tv so she could watch her regular shows. I was astonished and ashamed FOR her because she wasn't ashamed of herself. All the while, I'm sitting there crying my eyes out about people I didn't even know for the simple fact that any human loss is devastating. To this day, I question whether or not that woman actually has a soul. I'm dead serious about that too.......
My Aunty's birthday is a day after mine and she's quite the opposite of me too but not in a bad way. She's outgoing and I'm shy until I get to know someone. She's loud and I'm quiet. She likes to party every night and I only to every once in a while. I guess it goes to show that Sun signs only carry so many similarities.
well, a person's personality doesnt depend only on the sun sign...i am a capricorn who came across many cappy vamps and villains....n i believe they were different than me because of other planets we have on our charts n plus there is something called culture which influences how each of us see others and behave.
yeah. that's one of the reasons that got me interested in my sun sign in the first place. this person who has the same sign as me would always insult me in class. that person wasn't so smart, to cover it up always tries to put other people down. too bad since good looks can't make up for the lack of "mind." =)
ehh maybe once or twice, but it was only because they were men and they played me, so thats really not too reflective of gemini or men..just shitty men that happened to be geminis
Oddly, no.
I am Virgo. I can be very critical of myself and everyone else. But somehow with other Virgos my reaction is "You are so weird, but it's a weirdness I understand and can accept". It's like I can forgive someone else for the same imperfection I have but I don't necessarily cut myself the same slack.
Disclaimer: Uranus is opposing my Mercury(among other things) so it's entirely possible that nobody knows what I'm talking about. :)
