that isnt being a scorpio, that is being immature and it is a waste of time. No, turning friends against one another is bad bad bad....., bad friend award for you! Why would you want to ruin someone's life over some games ? Didn't you say he was your friend ? A decent human being dont do back stabbing and ruinining one's life. yes I do think you are being mean. Just ask your friend to return the game to you , buy you a new one. If you dont think he is telling the truth, and if you want, stop being his friend.

I agree with ryan that that is not being a "scorpio" ur being immature instead, and i think you forming a plot to get revenge on him is so juvenile on your part.
