Timing is everything. Never hold out and wait. Live, love, laugh and enjoy every minute of the day! This will make you more attractive. Why should you put your life on hold for someone else? If he sees you (this is the key) having fun and living your life...then he will be interested. Make yourself be seen and noticeable. Timing is everything. Don't loose hope, but do gain self esteem! Guys like to work for what they get. Sitting around pining away makes you less attractive. Now go have fun!
If you feel in your heart and soul that he is the one for you then wait for him. I feel he has feelings towards you but is not ready to deal with them yet. He may be trying to deny his feelings but will come round in the end. You can not rush this process as it is not in your control but his.
