Trust me when I say this. Us pisceans may seem fragile and weak. However, we LOVE it when our love ones are blunt with us. It lets us know that we can trust you to be honest. So just tell her how you feel. Please believe me she will appreciate you for it. Well, it should sort its self out. Pisces doesn't really like Libra, in the long term. Mainly, this is due to the reasons you already gave.
