Something strange happened to me, when i closed my eyes to sleep?!
Question: so this happened around 3:00 yesterday night when i finally went to bed and shut my eyes....i wasn't entirely asleep yet, still feeling pretty alert, so i'm not sure if this was a dream that happened for only 10 seconds, or even less.....but suddenly while my eyes were shut I saw a sun, which became so bright rise up from a horizon, and it was so full of energy it blinded me....i quickly opened my eyes b/c it was blinding me---for some reason the whole event seems paranormal....so what do you think?

Do you remember having any thoughts just before this happened? If you think back, try to recall if there was something you were thinking, or any sensation or smell you were aware of just before the light. It could be a literal sign of positive feedback. A sign of 'enlightenment' for some decision you reached or thought that suddenly occurred to you.
That could be anything. It could be a sign or something with the brain/body.
Yea it happens to me also,it's when you get very tired and very alert and ur brain is working or when having a headache and all of a sudden u shut ur eyes it just doesn't connect i think,it hurts a lil too when it blinds u,something normal i guess.
There are plenty of neurological reasons why this might happen. So long as there was no other health issues, for example you're taking the contraceptive pill, if I were you I'd put it down to being overtired.
