Libra is too fickle and flirtatious, and likes parties and the feeling of having a partner by their sides where as a scorpio is very intense and they take love very seriously, and are very jealous and possessive with a lover, and libra finds that kind of annoying because they enjoy their freedom, but there are other factors that are involved too like where his ascendant is and your's and where your moon signs are, so you can't just depend solely on your sun sign's, but in general libra and scorpio are not a good match.
